According to this communiqué, Mr. Dadgar was charged with membership in the Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MKO), “being the deputy chief for the MKO military wing in Esfahan, participating in armed car robbery, masterminding the assassinations of Habib Khalifeh Soltani and Hojatolislam Salek along with those of Hojatolislam Beheshtinezhad, the religious judge in Shiraz, his little nephew and Mehdi Hanaeenezhad (a revolutionary guard and an engineer), throwing grenades at the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps in Tukhji, assassinating two members of the Basij Force (a para military security force) in Seyed Mosque, assassinating another Basij member as well as a revolutionary guard on Tir street, and supporting the MKO political and military positions.”
