Kayhan Daily reported Mr. Jabari’s charges as the following: “effective participation in operation, planning and surrendering the houses of guerillas; arresting the warriors as the Head of the Execution Unit of the so-called Common Counter-Sabotage Committee; murdering a person named, Hashem Baba Ali; throwing tear gas at Baba Ali’s landlord’s house which made the landlady come outside with her child and then the agents shot at them. These shootings made the landlady handicapped and injured the child…”
