The present text is chapter 20 of Baruch Spinoza's A Theologico-Political Treatise, in which he argues that freedom of thought and freedom of expression are inalienable and no one can take them away from anyone including oneself. The Abdorrahman Boroumand Foundation has published the Persian translation of this Chapter in January 2010. As of March 2014 the page has been viewed over 9500 times.
