The hadd verdict of a professional thief who confessed to 28 counts of theft from the houses of residents of Mahmoud Abad and Nur counties and the surrounding areas has been carried out in Sari Prison before judicial officials.

According to Mizan News Service’s legal and judicial affairs team, the public relations office of the Ministry of Justice office of Mazandaran Province broke news of the implementation of the hadd sentence of a professional thief in a published announcement.

The policy of the Ministry of Justice office in Mazandaran Province is to deal seriously and without sufferance with those who disrupt the community’s order and security and those who steal people’s property, and the steadfast and legitimate expectation of the people is serious treatment with thieves: owing to this, the hadd verdict of a professional thief who confessed to 28 counts theft from the houses of residents of Mahmoud Abad and Nur counties and the surrounding areas has been carried out in Sari Prison before judicial officials.

It bears noting that this individual has 3 counts of hadd theft and 25 counts of ta’zir theft, and has also committed crimes such as forced entry, drug trafficking, and selling stolen property.

It is self-evident that struggle, effort, redoubled attention, and more serious conduct with thieves, has increased plaintiffs’ motivation for pursuing cases and the identifying and dealing with thieves has increased society’s sense of security.
